After I open splash software for more than ten minutes, the software will become too laggy, and the background shows that my T600 graphics card occupies 80% of the memory,
I have not made any unnecessary settings or operations. The software is a newly installed configuration,
After opening the software, click on several pages of the software, and then give the screen to the projector. After waiting for more than ten minutes, the software will freeze and the background will display that the video memory is occupied too much,
Is it a compatibility issue between the software and Windows 11, or is it a problem with the T600 graphics card driver,
Hi @Lxis , and welcome to this forum!
I must say that I have never seen this kind of issue. I know others (including members of this forum) use Splash on Windows 11, and I test it from time to time myself on this OS.
With that said I did not try it recently, as I spend most (if not all) of my time on Linux. I’ll try it as soon as I can just to check whether I can reproduce the issue.
Hi @paperManu ,
Thank you very much for your detailed reply and for offering to test Splash on Windows 11.
I have some additional information: I also tried using Splash on my friend’s computer,(NVIDIA GTX 1060) but unfortunately, I could not reproduce the issue there either. This really shocked me, because now I have no idea what might be causing the problem on my own machine.
I’m completely unable to identify the root cause at the moment. Any further suggestions or insights you might have would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again for your help!
Best regards,
